AtlanTick has taken the important step of partnering with researchers both locally and internationally to create a safe, effective, reliable tick repellent spray. Through our extensive studies and testing, we have created a series of formulas that are proven to be effective and able to stand up to competing DEET-based repellents.

Why does this research matter?

The impacts of tick-borne diseases can be devastating, debilitating, life changing. The repellent products you use to protect yourself need to work. They also need to be safe to use.

Essential oils are a potent, powerful source of valuable plant compounds, and have been used to improve peoples’ health and wellness for centuries. Unfortunately, there are still many unknowns when it comes to their best use. Different combinations of oils have varying effects, and used at concentrated levels can be unsafe or even toxic.

The safety and effectiveness of the products we use on our bodies shouldn't be uncertain. Our research guarantees that our tick repellent contains the most effective blend of ingredients at secure levels of concentration, offering you reliable tools in the fight against tick bites.

We are delighted to announce that our tick repellent formula has been successfully registered with Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency, and we are continually striving to develop new and effective safe solutions for Canadians.
